Answers, before you call
How do I place an order?
Open the app, tap “Order”, then pick what you need. You can speak instead of typing. The confirmation, the price and the deposit reach you by SMS and in the app.
I'm not sure how much to order.
Tell us about the site and what you want to do, and we'll advise. For aggregates, the price shows as soon as you give the delivery spot. For everything else, your quote arrives in the app.
I want to rent a truck with a driver.
You can, half a day, a day, a week or a month. At HBL a rental always comes with a driver. Ask through “Order” then “Rental”, and your quote arrives in the app.
How can I pay?
Two ways: Mynita to the HBL number, or cash at the office in Niamey. You pay a deposit to start the order, and the rest on delivery.
What is the deposit?
An advance that books the truck and starts the trip. The balance is due when the goods arrive. The app shows what's left to pay at every step. Delivered or refunded: until the truck leaves, you can cancel in the app and get back everything you paid.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Every order has its receipt and invoice, ready to download from your history. For companies, we make the invoice in your business name.
Where do you deliver?
Niamey and around it, and the rest of Niger on quote. Tell us the destination and we confirm the time and price.
How do I track my order?
From the home screen, “Track” shows where the truck is. You also get a notification at each step: driver assigned, on the way, delivered.
The truck is late, what should I do?
Call us or message on WhatsApp with your order number. We check right away. In the rainy season some roads slow down, we let you know if that's what's happening.
How do I create an account?
With your phone number. You get a code by SMS, you type it in, and you're done. No complicated password to remember.
How does the referral program work?
Share your link from the app. When someone close to you orders through it, you both earn. Your referral board shows where you stand.
